The Project

With more than 50 years of expertise, Dalco Home Remodeling has been a cornerstone of the St. Louis DMA, specializing in windows, siding, doors, roofing, and bathroom remodeling. In 2024–2025, Dalco sought to strengthen trust with local homeowners while celebrating its 50th anniversary milestone.

The challenge was to stand out in a crowded remodeling market while reaching two distinct audiences: middle-aged families upgrading their homes and senior homeowners securing their long-term investments. Dalco partnered with Socially Inspired to elevate its digital presence, drive measurable website traffic, and build trust through reputation management.


Our Role

We deployed a full-funnel strategy designed to boost awareness, generate traffic, and establish credibility in the St. Louis DMA.

  • Strategic Content Creation: A monthly content calendar aligned with seasonal promotions, tips, and Dalco’s anniversary messaging, blending local pride with a Chip-and-Joanna-Gaines-style approachable tone.

  • Paid Social Campaigns: Meta ads targeting homeowners across demographic segments (younger families and senior homeowners). Campaigns highlighted monthly promotions, Missouri-made windows, and core services.

  • Website Traffic & Retargeting: Campaigns optimized for traffic built a pool of prospective customers, while retargeting reinforced Dalco’s value proposition to warm leads.

  • Google Review Generation & Reputation Management: Launched January 2025, this initiative ensured timely responses to all reviews, improved local SEO, and strengthened consumer trust.

  • Cross-Platform Support: Organic strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business boosted engagement, reinforced brand authority, and maximized reach.


The Results

From August 2024 to August 2025, Dalco Home Remodeling achieved measurable success:

  • 8.5K post link clicks (↑ 165% YOY)

Paid Efficiency

  • 13.2M paid impressions (↑ 661% YOY).

  • 56,550 ad clicks (↑ 4,118% YOY).

  • CPC decreased from $1.45 to $0.42 (↓ 71% YOY).
